At Msofas, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new furniture isn't the perfect fit for your home, you can return or exchange your items within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Ensure all items are disassembled and placed back into their original packaging to guarantee safe transport and eligibility for a full refund.

  Once your request is approved, our logistics team will contact you to arrange a convenient time for our specialized couriers to collect the furniture.

  Refund Processing

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
